Chocolate Fountains
A chocolate fountain can enhance any party or event by providing a fun and indulgent experience for your guests.
It is important to use high-quality chocolate to ensure a rich and delicious taste and texture. Here at Party Hire North East, we only use Belgian Chocolate, which is the highest standard of quality and flavour used by chocolatiers worldwide. Lower quality, cheaper chocolate that contains additives such as oils are not an option and never used by us.
We pay attention to the details – hygiene is crucial when operating a chocolate fountain to ensure the safety of all guests and we hold a Food Health & Safety Certificate and are assessed by our local authority.
When it comes to presentation, we have lots of options. A beautifully displayed chocolate fountain can add an elegant touch to any event. We offer various tier options, multiple machine set ups and display alternatives, including illuminated stands and tables, to create a stunning chocolate fountain visual display.
Hire our stunning chocolate fountains, with illuminated surround and base that can be changed to your desired colour. Our fountains can also be used with nacho cheese if you would like a savoury option.

Our illuminated surround & base with multi function lights which can be changed to your desired colour scheme.
Size & Base options:
Large chocolate fountain with light base around and to the floor standing 7ft tall – serves from 200 to 600 guests.
Our regular-size chocolate fountains are 18 inches tall with either single illuminated base (up to 50 guests) or double illuminated bases for two regular-size fountains (80-150 guests)
Our hire charge includes:
- A trained and uniformed member of staff
- Skewers
- Napkins
- Dipping items
- UNLIMITED (fair usage per person) finest Belgian Chocolate of your choice: Milk, Plain, White or Choc orange.
White chocolate can also be coloured to your requirements as an optional extra.
Party Hire North East staff will set up, operate and maintain the fountain(s), serve your guests and replenish throughout your function/event.
Our staff will also clean up and dismantle at the end of the hire period.
All our equipment is PAT tested, and we hold the appropriate hygiene certificates.
We can accommodate Halal requirements, which incurs an additional charge depending on the number of guests and availability.
Approx 2-3hrs running time
Please note that at least 5 working days notice is required for chocolate fountain bookings as the chocolate is ordered fresh for each event and takes time to arrive.
